The perfect workout, community and location! I walked in day 1 as a beginner and was welcomed with open arms. The classes are fun and cater to all fitness levels. This particular location has amazing instructors and the owners are lovely as well! It may seem like a small thing, but it has a family-like vibe and that makes you look forward to working out.
